If you are not satisfied with your order or if there is an issue with the flowers received, please contact us within at time of delivery

To help us resolve the matter quickly, we may request:
• Photos of the product received
• Order details

We will carefully review each case and may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial/full refund, depending on the situation.


❌ Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within a limited time after placement.

• Cancellations are only accepted before the order is prepared or dispatched
• Once the order is processed or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible


🚚 Delivery Issues

FlowersBox.ae is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address details
• Recipient unavailability
• Lack of response to delivery calls

In such cases, redelivery may be arranged with additional charges.


⚠️ Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Minor variations in flower type, color, or arrangement (as flowers are natural products)
• Delays caused by external factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, peak seasons)
• Orders where delivery has been successfully completed as requested
